Lamb and Barley Puree

Yield: approximately 1-1/4 cups (10 ounces)
1 cup (5.5 ounces) raw ground lamb
1/2 cup (3 ounces) cooked barley
2 teaspoons chopped parsley

Place lamb, barley and parsley in machine and steam for 20 minutes.
Puree to smooth (1-1/2 minutes).

Steam in: 2 prunes.
Blend in: 2 tablespoons sauteed onions
Blend in: 3 tablespoons cooked broccoli.
Stir in: 1/4 – 1/2 cup plain yogurt, water, breast milk or formula.
