Yield: approximately 1-1/4 cups
6 asparagus stalks (excluding tips), cut into ¼ inch pieces
1 large or 2 medium broccoli stalks and florets, roughly chopped
Place asparagus and broccoli in machine.
Set “steam and blend” for 20 minutes.
Stir in: ¼ cup plain yogurt, water, breast milk, formula or chicken broth for thinner consistency.
