Yield: approximately 1-3/4 cups
1-1/2 cup (12 ounces) raw ground turkey
10 prunes (2 ounces)
Place turkey and prunes in machine and steam for 15 minutes.
Puree to smooth (1-1/2 minutes).
Steam with: A pinch of dried thyme or oregano.
Puree in: 1/4 cup cooked brown rice, millet or barley.
Puree in: 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley or chives.
Puree in: 1 tablespoon sautéed onions.
Stir in: 1/4 – 1/2 cup plain yogurt, water, breast milk or formula.
